Mustafa Aytepe
Operations Director
Mr. Aytepe is a naval architect and marine engineer who has vast experience in ship repairs of all kinds. He worked for well-known repair yards both within and outside Turkiye at the technical responsible as well as managerial levels since 2006. His experience in innovative solutions, expertise with various machinery systems and components drive our team with the highest level of motivation and a great know-how. He has extensive knowledge about dry-docking and berth repairs as well as budgeting any kind of repair or maintenance project. He manages all operational activities at MSI Group as the operations director.
Gökhan Demirciler
Technical Director
Mr. Gökhan Demirciler has been in the maritime industry for more than 20 years. His experiences in a well-known ship repair yard(Gemak) as a ship repair manager was followed by working as a principal surveyor/auditor for DNV as one of the leading IACS members. Mr. Demirciler coordinates all site activities including technical aspects of repair works, retrofits and conversions. His experience and knowledge about class rules, international regulations provides highest quality on the field with full compliance to both customer expectations and relevant industrial requirements. Starting from selection of correct materials with relevant certificates to completion of a complex project, Mr. Demirciler drives all site teams as well as technical supply department within MSI Group as the technical director.
Ferhat Abul
Quality Assurance Director
Mr. Ferhat Abul has worked in different business areas in maritime including Gemak Shipyard as a project engineer, DNV as senior maritime&offshore surveyor and QHSE area manager, Scorpio Tanker’s Istanbul office(Zenith Gemi Isl. AS) as quality assurance director. Such an experience enables MSI Group to better understand customer needs and expectations in all aspects. He is responsible for following up all quality assurance activities during any project delivery. He is leading the quality team of MSI Group as the quality assurance director.
