Our highly qualified marine engineering team attended the vessel in dry dock and carried out a full supervision for diagnosing the problem. Upon completion of the propeller shaft withdrawal, close-up inspection and necessary measurements were taken in way shaft system components.
Full Project Management
Our team was responsible for communicating with class, yard and subcontractors during the entire process of repairs. Material selection for the new stern tube bearing, necessary class related certification processes, machining and alignment checks were successfully completed under our supervision.

Daily progress reports, frequent meetings with parties, timely actions for unexpected problems occurring were very well managed by our expert team.
Satisfactory Completion
Upon completion of manufacturing the new stern tube bearing, installation on board and alignments were all completed as per class recommendations. Final report for the entire process with photographic evidences, technical reports with all necessary details were very much appreciated by our esteemed client
